Reading, PA – The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League, today announced that defenseman Maxim Lamarche has been recalled by the Flyers and reassigned to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the American Hockey League.

This marks the first trip of the season to the AHL for Lamarche, a third year pro from Laval, Quebec. Reading continues the team’s season-long seven game road trip this Wednesday (December 9 @ 7:30 pm) at Germain Arena in Estero, Florida, where the team will face the top club in the Eastern Conference—the Florida Everblades. Wednesday’s game night broadcast can be heard live on CBS SportsRadio 1240 am and 98.5 in Reading, Pennsylvania, starting with the pre-game warm-up show presented by Highmark Blue Shield at 2:30 pm Eastern Time.
