Ticket Policy & FAQ's

Notice 

Tickets NOT obtained through a member of the Reading Royals Ticket Staff, Santander Arena Box Office (“Box Office”), or Ticketmaster are purchased at your own risk and might be tickets that have been lost, stolen, or have been illegally resold. In such cases, those tickets will not be honored. 

All tickets are digital only and are managed through the Royals Account Manager - https://am.ticketmaster.com/readingroyals. In special cases, printed ticket exceptions can be made. For information on printed tickets or Will Call exceptions, please call 610-898-7285.

Parking

Event parking for the Santander Arena is provided at all of the parking garages and lots owned and operated by the Reading Parking Authority.

Bag Policy

Fans attending events at Santander Arena will be permitted to carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag that does not exceed 12”x6”x12”, or one clear drawstring bag not to exceed 12”x12”, or one, one-gallon clear plastic or zip-lock, resealable bag.

A small clutch no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” may also be carried in addition to one clear bag.

*An exception will be made to allow medical items that cannot be transported in a clear bag into the venue. Guests carrying medically necessary items or equipment will be required to have their bags or equipment inspected.

Box Office 

The box office is located on the Penn Street entrance of the Santander Arena. 

- Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10AM - 4PM
- Open at noon for Reading Royals game days

Guidelines 

The fan assumes all risk and danger involved in attending the game of hockey, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including, but not limited to, the danger of being injured by pucks or other in-game equipment that may leave the playing surface. The fan agrees that ECHL, the Reading Royals, other participating teams, and each of their agents, employees, and players are not liable for such injuries, and the fan hereby waives all such claims.

At What Age Is A Child Required To Have A Ticket For a Game?

The Royals do not require a ticket for children under the age of two if they are planning on sitting on their parent or guardian’s lap. 

Exchanges

Full-Season and Half-Season members have the right to exchange games they can’t make for future games of the same value. Once a game has passed, if a ticket was not used it is no longer valid or exchangeable for future games. For exchanges because of medical emergencies or illness, please contact the Royals 610-898-7825
