Reading, PA - The Reading Royals Youth Hockey Association Reading Jr. Royals Mite C-Keller, Mite C-Harper, Mite B, Squirt A National, and Bantam A National and Midget A American teams recorded a 14-2-1 combined record between a perfect 13-0 showing at the Mite Jamboree and a strong opening week of the Delaware Valley Hockey League season over the Sept. 12-13 weekend. 

“Great to get the season up and running," said Bryce Witman, Director of the Reading Junior Royals. "The mites are growing as expected and I expect everyone else to continue to grow and get better throughout the season! It’s only the beginning!"

Home Opener:

The Royals player their home opener at Santander Arena on Saturday, October 24 at 7:00 p.m. against Kalamazoo. The home opener opens a two-game series with the Wings which concludes on Sunday, October 25 at 3:00 p.m. The Royals hoist a record of 9-11-1-3 in home openers with their last home opener victory coming against the Norfolk Admirals, 6-4, on October 23 of the 2021-22 season.
