Reading, PA - The Reading Royals, proud ECHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers and Lehigh Valley Phantoms, announced that defenseman Dalton Gally has been signed to a Standard Player Contract (SPC).
Gally, 26, opened the 2024-25 campaign, his fifth professional season, with the Maine Mariners where he recorded 32 penalty minutes and a -4 rating in six games. The McKinney, Texas has accumulated 11 points (11a), 108 penalty minutes and a -19 rating in 87 professional career games, all in the ECHL, between Norfolk (2019-20), Florida (2021-22), Kansas City (2021-23), Allen (2022-24) and Maine (2024-25).
The 6'5", 229-pound, left-shot defenseman has played parts of three seasons in the U Sports for McGill University (2019-22) where he recorded five points (5a) and 24 penalty minutes across 18 games.
