Royals flip F DeVito to Florida for future considerations

Reading, PA – The Royals picked up future considerations from the Florida Everblades in exchange for forward Jimmy DeVito, Head Coach Kirk MacDonald announced Friday. DeVito skated in 10 games with Reading and recorded three goals, nine penalty minutes and a plus-four rating.

DeVito will be skating on his third team this season; the Royals acquired the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute graduate from Rapid City Dec. 18.

The Royals are at Wheeling Fri., Mar. 9 and Sat., Mar. 10 for 7:05 p.m. puck drop at Wesbanco Arena to complete an eight-game road trip. Reading’s next home game is Wed., Mar. 14 at 7:00 p.m. vs. Fort Wayne.
