Royals Transaction: Huntebrinker (f) Signed to ECHL SPC

Reading, PA – The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League, today announced that the team has signed forward Michael Huntebrinker to an ECHL Standard Players Contract. The Royals also placed Huntebrinker on the ECHL Reserve List.

Huntebrinker (5’11/195) (24), who hails from Chesterfield, Missouri, recently completed his senior season at Minnesota State University-Mankato where he registered twenty-two points (4g-18a) and twelve penalty minutes in thirty-nine games for the Mavericks. A three-time member of the WCHA All-Academic Team, Huntebrinker recorded fifty-three points (15g-38a) and fifty-two penalty minutes in 124 total collegiate games at MSU-Mankato.
