Reading, PA – The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League, today announced a schedule change for the 2015-16 regular season. The game that was originally scheduled between the Royals and Elmira Jackals for Sunday, March 27, 2016, at Santander Arena in Reading, Pennsylvania, has been re-scheduled to Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at 7:00 pm in Reading.
With this re-scheduled contest, Reading now has six games set for the month of October, including the season-opening two-game set against the South Carolina Stingrays at North Charleston Coliseum in South Carolina on Saturday, October 17 (7:05 pm), and Sunday, October 18 (3:05 pm). The newly scheduled game against Elmira will be part of a six game home stand for the Royals, which kicks off with the 2015-16 home opener (also against the Jackals) on Saturday, October 24 (7:00 pm) at Santander Arena.
