Reading Invites Fans to Come Out to the Railroad House on Wednesday, June 6, and Enjoy Beverage Specials, Meet Royals Office Staff, and Cheer Royal Alumnus Jon Quick in Game Four of Stanley Cup Finals
Reading, PA – The Reading Royals of the ECHL and Jimmy G’s Railroad House Sports Bar and Restaurant (152 Woodrow Ave., Sinking Spring, PA, 610-678-1177) take this opportunity to invite everyone out to the Railroad House on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, to watch, cheer and enjoy Game Four of the Stanley Cup Finals when the Los Angeles Kings—and their Vezina Trophy Finalist goaltender (and former Royal) Jon Quick—face the New Jersey Devils, beginning at 8:00 pm (ET) on the NBC Sports Network. The Railroad House will have the vast majority of the twenty-six high definition flat panel televisions—and both of the huge projector TVs—dedicated to the NHL hockey action so that all in attendance will have a clear view of what we expect to be the continuing athletic, acrobatic, and battling goaltending effort of Jonnie Q—not to mention the old guy at the other end of the ice, who already has three rings on his fingers….As with every Wednesday at the Railroad House, Coors Light will be just $1.75. Please note that the seating will be on a first-come, first served basis; so we suggest that fans arrive early and get properly ‘warmed up’ for the hockey action. It is expected that the entire Royals’ staff will be in attendance, which will give fans an opportunity to meet the newest members of the Royals’ organization and discuss developments in the ECHL, the Royals 2012-13 schedule and some of the promotional ideas we’re bouncing around for the impending season. And, of course, we couldn’t show up to the Railroad House without doing some Crazy Trivia—so we’ll figure out some whacked-out questions to ask, and we’ll have some not-so-whacked-out prizes for your brilliant answers…. Season Tickets for the 2012-13 Reading Royals ECHL season are currently available. Call 610-898-7825 for more information or log onto www.royalshockey.com.
