Fans Invited to Join Slapshot in Busy Saturday of Sun and Fun

Reading, PA – The Reading Royals of the ECHL invite everyone to join our favorite fomenter of fun, Slapshot, at a couple of local events this Saturday, June 18.

Slappy will kick the morning off at the Relay for Life West Berks at the Wilson West Middle School (450 Faust Road, Sinking Spring, PA) where participants will be raising money and awareness for the American Cancer Society, and Slapshot will be cheering them on. He’ll also break out his prize wheel, pose for photos and—if he can get his paws to cooperate—sign some autographs from 8:30 am to 11:00 am. After a brief respite, Slaphsot will be on road again in relative short order heading over to the Boyertown Street Fair on Philadelphia Avenue in Boyertown, where he’ll don his goalie gear and let everyone take a shot or two at him from 3:00 to 4:00 pm!
