Radio Recon Ready to Get Ugly--In a Beautiful Kind of Way

Sinking Spring, PA – The Reading Royals cordially invite you to join us tomorrow night (Tuesday, December 10, 2013) from 6 – 7 pm at Jimmy G’s Railroad House Sports Bar and Restaurant (152 Woodrow Avenue, Sinking Spring, PA; 610-678-1177) for Radio Recon, the Royals’ weekly coach’s show.

This week we’re ready to get ugly with perhaps the most talked about sweater since Lord Stanley of Preston’s grandma knitted him one and put it under the tree, circa 1850 (aaahhgg…and he was hoping for the Red Rider BB Gun…but at least it didn’t put his eye out). The Ugly Holiday Sweater Jersey (which the Royals will don on Saturday against the Elmira Jackals) will get its official unveil at the show tomorrow; and maybe if we yell at them enough, we might convince Ryan Cruthers and Rob Florentino to try it on so we can take a picture for Aunt Clara.

Please note that everyone with a food or drink purchase at Radio Recon tomorrow will get $5.00 worth of raffle tickets (6 tickets)—and one lucky fan will get $50.00 worth of raffle tickets—for the Ugly Holiday Sweater Jersey that will be raffled off at Saturday’s game.

As always, we’ll have a wireless mic at the ready for any and all comments and questions from the fans. We’ll also come up with a little crazy trivia and giveaways for those who participate in the show. Royals Radio Recon will be broadcast live on the Royals Broadcast Network (CBS Sports Radio 1240 am and 98.5 fm in Reading).
